1. Overview

At MyFamilyShirt, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Since many of our products are custom-made to order, we offer a fair and transparent refund policy to protect both our customers and our team. Please review the details below before placing an order.

2. Made-to-Order Products

Most items on our website are personalized and made-to-order, including custom names, artwork, or sizing. As such, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizes, or design errors made by the customer during checkout.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is defective, misprinted, or damaged during transit, we will gladly offer a replacement or full refund.

To be eligible, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include the following:

Your order number
A clear photo of the item and the issue
A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a free replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.

4. Incorrect Orders

If you received the wrong item or a product with incorrect personalization that differs from what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days. We’ll investigate the issue and, if we made the error, send a corrected replacement at no additional cost.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we begin production shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after checkout. If you need to update an order, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet gone into production, we’ll do our best to assist.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for:

Incorrect sizes selected by the customer
Custom designs submitted with spelling or formatting errors
Delays caused by third-party shipping carriers
Clearance or final sale items

7. Processing Refunds

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 3–5 business days. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
